Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will provide instruction, facilitate learning, and maintain a positive and safe classroom environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Qualifications:

• Two years of college required

• Bachelor's degree in Education (preferred)
• Valid teaching certification or substitute teaching certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline
• Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching styles and environments
• Knowledge of instructional methods and techniques

• Follow lesson plans left by the regular classroom teacher and deliver engaging and effective instruction to students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies
• Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of instruction
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' progress and behavior when necessary
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and student progress
